Combo Brows - Individual Practice
For quite some time, we've observed that individualized practice between trainer and student drastically improves results. Now, we have empirical evidence to back it up. Our recently ordered study, which compiled data from over 1,430 students across various countries, reveals astonishing facts. The likelihood of a student continuing with brow-making 18 months post-training skyrockets to 65% with individual or dedicated training. Compare this to an industry average of just below 19% for group training. The impact is even more dramatic when considering the prospects of becoming a top earner in the field: 36% for individual training versus a mere 3.5% for group training. Another point to note: Although individual training sessions may appear more expensive upfront, the actual cost per "unit of individual attention from the trainer" is surprisingly affordable. In group settings, this unit costs between 1.25-2€; in individual training, it's just 0.47-0.2€! We'll delve into more insights from this study soon.
The quality of training also hinges on the expertise and experience of the trainer. Our seasoned trainers come with over a decade of experience. While training with a junior trainer might be entertaining and perhaps better than mindless doom-scrolling or Netflix, it's unlikely to turn you into a good artist. Novice trainers with just 2-4 years of experience often present basic facts as if they are groundbreaking insights simply because they've recently learned them. They have less experience with specific demanding clients, which amounts to a smaller probability of becoming successful due to the training. Just look at the results of this student at the training - most junior trainers themselves can not produce such results!
