Aquarelle Lips - Student's work at training
Most beauty training produces students with rather naive hopes and dreams, and skills to practice but not to do procedures to get the money to their bank account - this is known as the "starving artist syndrome." We know that because, over ten years, we have also used typical approaches that did not work, producing “starving artists" who completed less than ten procedures in the first month after the training. Business-wise that is absolutely insane.’
Our classes are booked due to a different structure compared to ordinary training. We construct a personalized approach that enables the student to make money with her new skills. We have small groups with a personal approach and our signature instant correcting system. That allows full attention to detail and faster learning.
Based on monitoring the progress of many students, we have constructed faster methods for full feedback and avoiding repeating mistakes. If the errors are fixed without the triple-checklist program, students spend most time practicing the techniques correctly. That allows us to avoid the problem of most training programs that fail to produce any artists that start making money as humongous junks of time are spent on practicing the technique in the incorrect way. The student can spend 100 or even 300 hours practicing. Still, if she keeps repeating the mistakes, this is not only a waste of time but extremely counterproductive because it is harder for her to learn the correct technique later on.
This example is achieved during the training by students who have never done Aquarelle Lips before. With those skills, they can start making money and will cross the line of 10 procedures within the most crucial make-or-break four weeks after the training.
