Constant and never-ending development is my mantra
Though I haven't attended group training for five years, I continue to learn constantly from the best in the field. Far from slowing down, I'm incredibly thankful that life has given me a chance to fly the very best to my studio for hands-on practice and learning or go to theirs. These invaluable experiences have been instrumental in deepening my understanding of the fine details in the art of pigmentation techniques. They've also introduced me to many new friends who are not only top professionals but incredibly engaging and wonderful people.
Having over 3,000 students and training new professionals every week is both a privilege and a hefty responsibility. To meet this challenge, I aim to offer nothing less than the absolute best. This isn't something I could achieve by merely attending a few group trainings each year. My approach requires a different level of detail and analysis. This isn't to say that large group training is ineffective or irrelevant; different learning styles suit different people, especially once you've exhausted all available resources. In fact, many studies suggest that individual training can be up to five times more effective.
To give my students the best, I have to be the best - which means learning from the best in the most effective ways possible.
I've scheduled two more specialized training sessions for this year, and that's just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to honing my skills. New collaborations with SharpBrows, Everyoung, and Holistic PMU ensure that the coming year will also be packed with projects that will extend my reach and deepen my expertise on an intercontinental scale.
